Everything you need to know about Team

Team is now available for AppSumo Tier 3 users. You can invite up to 4 teammates to share one Team Credits balance. Add members by email from Settings, then Team. Set a monthly team budget and control how many credits each member uses, so your team stays on track.

Who gets access?

• Team is exclusive to AppSumo Tier 3 users.
• The team owner needs Tier 3.
• Each invited member needs Tier 3.
• TubeOnAI only adds members with an active Tier 3 status.

Team size limit

Tier 3 supports up to 5 members total, owner included.

How to Create a team

• Sign in with your AppSumo Tier 3 account.
• Open Settings.
• Select Team.

• Enter your team name.
• Select Create Team.

How to Add a team member

• Open Settings, then Team.
• Find Add Member.

• Enter your teammate email address.
• Select Add.
• TubeOnAI adds the member when the email matches an existing TubeOnAI account and Tier 3 is active.

Team credits and usage

All team members use the same Team Credits balance. You control how many credits the team uses each month with Monthly Budget.

Set a Monthly Budget limit

• Open Settings, then Team.

• In Monthly Budget, select Set Monthly Limit.
• Enter the monthly credit limit.
• Select Save.

• Later, select Change Limit to edit.
• Select Remove Limit to remove the monthly cap.

Set a per member credit limit

• Open Settings, then Team.
• Scroll to Members.
• Select the member control on the member row.

• Set the member monthly credit limit.
• Save changes.

Remove a member

• Open Settings, then Team.
• Scroll to Members.

• Select the delete icon next to the member.

Common problems

Member email not found

Create a TubeOnAI account with the same email, then add again.

Member not on Tier 3

Upgrade the invited account to AppSumo Tier 3, then add again.

Team member limit reached

Remove a member to stay within the 5 member limit.
