The Transcript feature in TubeOnAI helps you convert videos or files into clean, readable text. You paste a link or upload a file. TubeOnAI generates the transcript automatically.
After the transcript appears, you gain tools to analyze, edit, translate, export, and ask questions about the content.
This guide explains the full process step by step.
Step 1: Open the Transcript Tool
- Sign in to your TubeOnAI account.
- From the left sidebar, click Transcript.
- The Start Transcripting page will appear.
You will see several input options:
- YouTube
- Instagram Reels
- TikTok Videos
- Google Drive
- Audio File
- Video File
Choose the source of your content.
Step 2: Paste the Video URL (Using Youtube)
- Select YouTube.
- Paste the YouTube video link in the input field.
- Click Generate.
TubeOnAI begins processing the video immediately. The system extracts the speech and converts it into a readable transcript.
Step 3: View the Generated Transcript
After processing completes, TubeOnAI opens the transcript page.
You will see:
- Video title
- Video duration
- Channel name
- TLDR summary
- Full transcript
The transcript appears in the main content area and you can scroll through the entire text.
Download the Transcript
You can download the transcript at any time.
Steps:
- Click Download above the transcript.
- The transcript file will be saved to your device.
