How to delete / close your account?

We're sorry to see you go! If you've decided to delete your TubeOnAI account, this guide will walk you through the process.

⚠️ Please Note: Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. All your data, summaries, saved content, and history will be permanently removed.

Can I delete my TubeOnAI account myself?

Currently, we do not offer a direct “Delete Account” button inside the app.

To ensure your data is handled securely and to prevent misuse of the account deletion feature, all requests must go through a verification process.

How to Request Account Deletion

Go to our official Account Deletion Request Form:

👉 Submit Deletion Request

Fill out the required details:

- Your email address used in TubeOnAI
- Reason for deletion (optional)
- Confirmation of data removal

(Optional) Let us know if you need help exporting your data.
Check the final confirmation box to acknowledge that deletion is permanent.
Click Submit.

What happens next?

Once your form is submitted, our support team will review and process your request within 3–5 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your account is deleted.
