1. Summary Being Too Short or Missing Key Information



Problem: Sometimes, the summary of the video might be too short or might miss key details.

Possible Causes:

The transcript provided with the video may be short

Solutions:

Manual Upload: If your summary is toot short compared to the video, then try downloading the video and upload it manually .

2. Error When Entering YouTube URL



Problem: You may encounter an error message when you input a YouTube video URL into TubeOnAI, preventing the summary from being generated.

Possible Causes:

Incorrect URL format
Private or age-restricted videos
Blocked YouTube content in certain regions
Video is longer than 240 minutes.

Solutions:

Check the URL: Ensure the URL is copied correctly from YouTube, including the full address (e.g., https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xyz123). Avoid including extra spaces or characters.
Check Video Privacy Settings: Make sure the video is public. TubeOnAI cannot summarize private videos or those with age restrictions. To check, open the video in a browser and see if it plays without restrictions.
Use a VPN: If the video is blocked in your region, you can use a VPN to access it and then summarize it.
Check Video Length: Check if the video is Longer than 240 minutes, currently we allow summarizing videos up tp 240 minutes.
