Can I delete my TubeOnAI account myself?
Currently, we do not offer a direct “Delete Account” button inside the app. To ensure your data is handled securely and to prevent misuse of the account deletion feature, all requests must go through a verification process.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Go to our official Account Deletion Request Form: 👉 Submit Deletion Request
- Fill out the required details:
- Your email address used in TubeOnAI
- Reason for deletion (optional)
- Confirmation of data removal
- (Optional) Let us know if you need help exporting your data.
- Check the final confirmation box to acknowledge that deletion is permanent.
- Click Submit.
What happens next?
- Once your form is submitted, our support team will review and process your request within 3–5 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your account is deleted.
