What you'll need
- A summary that's already finished generating (video, podcast, article, or file — any source works)
Steps: Export a Summary as a PDF
- Open the summary you want to export.
- Look for the Export or Download option above the summary content.
- Choose PDF from the available formats.
- The PDF saves to your device, ready to keep, print, or share.
The same export option is available in a few other places in TubeOnAI:
- Transcript view — open the Transcript tab for any summary and use the Download button to save the transcript itself.
- AI chat answers — if you ask TubeOnAI's assistant follow-up questions about your content, each answer has its own export menu with PDF, Markdown, Text, and JSON options.
- Presentations — slide decks generated from your content can be downloaded as PDF or PPTX from the presentation view.
Good to know
- Exporting works the same way whether your summary came from a YouTube video, a podcast, an uploaded file, or a pasted transcript.
- If you're planning to convert several links going forward, there's no separate "batch PDF" step — just summarize each one as usual, then export it.
